About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
In this candlelit open-air concert, talented musicians perform classical masterpieces—including Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’ and Debussy’s ‘Clair de Lune’—while drones dance in the night sky, bringing the compositions to life in dazzling displays of light and color.
Where is the experience located?
The Los Angeles Equestrian Center is located at 480 W. Riverside Dr. Burbank, CA 91506.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last about 75 minutes, although we suggest you arrive early for parking and to find your seat before the show begins.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options. You are welcome to bring outside food to the event but please note there is a strict policy for no outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
Is there parking available?
The most convenient parking will be parking available at the venue for $10 on-site. VIP parking will also be available for an additional fee and will bring you as close as possible to the field!
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine. We suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
A flexible cancelation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancelation ticket if you contact us requesting it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is need to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process it and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, you will be credited the total amount of the ticket price back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you’ll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Points.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange of the ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request for it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use this voucher to go back and purchase the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us here to get your ticket refunded.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue-ADA accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an ADA accessible venue. Please contact us beforehand if you require additional assistance so we can be sure to properly provide accommodation.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Guns or weapons of any kind, outside alcohol, smoking and recreational drones. All bags will be searched prior to entry.
Do you offer caretaker tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
There will not be chairs available at the event. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows or low chairs that have a seat 6” or lower to the ground with a low back. Tall Chairs are NOT allowed.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 8 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
